By entering this Prize Draw you accept and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.

The Soreto.com Share To Win prize draw (“Prize Draw”) will be open from 00:00:00 UK local time on 1st December 2023 until 23:59:59 UK local time on 19th December 2023 (“Prize Draw Period”).

Any consumer who shares the Soreto prize draw offer from Soreto.com using the sharing link to their social media (Facebook, Whatsapp, Pinterest or Whatsapp) during the Prize Draw Period shall be eligible for the Prize Draw. Any shares of the offer not using the sharing link on Soreto.com will not be eligible. Any shares of the offer after the Prize Draw Period is also not eligible. Please see the Restrictions and Exclusions from Participation section below for details.  
Employees (and their families) of Soreto.com, affiliates, subsidiary companies, representatives or agents of those companies and anyone else who may have been professionally involved with the Prize Draw are not eligible to enter.  
 
Any share of the offer that includes a defamatory comment or is not in the spirit of the competition will not be eligible. 
 
You will automatically enter the Prize Draw once you have shared the offer from Soreto.com (“Eligible Entries”). Up to 5 entries per user are allowed. Entrants will receive a confirmation of their entry in the Prize Draw. They will be entered if they meet the Eligibility criteria stated above and correctly follow the procedure stated in this section. 

There will be one (1) prize winner (“Winner”) who will be selected at random from all the Eligible Entries. The Prize Draw will take place within thirty (30) days of the end of the Prize Draw Period.

The Prize Draw Prize is for one Christmas Hamper ONLY (“Prize”). The Winner will receive one Christmas hamper which will be selected by Soreto. There is no cash alternative. The Prize is non-refundable and will only be awarded to the Winner.

The Winner will be notified within thirty (30) days of the winner being selected by e-mail. The notification will be addressed to the e-mail address provided by the entrant in their Soreto.com account and Soreto may request further contact details. If, despite Soreto’s reasonable endeavours to do so, Soreto cannot contact the Winner, Soreto reserves the right to select another Winner from amongst the Eligible Entries to award the Prize to. No liability is accepted for lost, stolen or damaged prizes.

Soreto reserves the right to verify the eligibility of entrants. You may be required to provide further details in order to claim the hamper.

• Users residing outside of the United Kingdom are excluded from the Prize Draw.

• Anyone who has not signed up on Soreto.com

• Any share that includes defamatory or derogatory comments or is not made in the spirit of this competition.

• Any share completed after the prize draw period has ended.

• Any attempt to manipulate the Prize Draw, particularly by using automatic mechanisms such as scripts or anything similar is prohibited and will result in exclusion from participation.

• If Soreto has suspicions or knowledge that any entrant has been involved in any fraudulent or illegal activity, Soreto reserves the right to disqualify that entrant and any related entrants.

• Soreto reserves the right to disqualify participants who do not comply with these entry conditions.

Your personal data will be processed in accordance with the Soreto Terms and Privacy Policy. 
Your personal data will be used by Soreto in connection with, and in order to determine the Winner of the Prize Draw (including making available on request the Winner’s name and county of residence, to anyone who wishes to obtain it). Soreto will do this on the basis of its legitimate interests in enabling Soreto users to participate in prize draws. By participating in the Prize Draw you give Soreto Your consent to communicate with you in regards to the Prize Draw. By signing up on Soreto.com in order to participate in this prize draw you also accept Soreto’s standard policy for Privacy and any subsequent communication from Soreto

Soreto makes no representations or warranties of any kind regarding any product or service provided by any third party in connection with any promotion or the Prize Draw.  
Soreto shall not be liable, in contract or tort (including negligence) or the breach of statutory duty or in any other way, for the loss or damage howsoever arising suffered by the entrant resulting directly or indirectly from entry to this Prize Draw.  
 
Soreto will not be responsible for any third party's performance or failure to perform any services related to any promotion and/or the Prize Draw, or for any costs, damages, accident, delay, injury, loss, expense, or inconvenience that may arise in connection with the use of the Prize Draw, provided that nothing shall limit Soreto's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence.  
 
Soreto does not accept, and is not responsible for, any lost or delayed entries. Soreto reminds entrants of the nature and limitations of the Internet and is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunctions of any communications network, online system or computer hardware or software that may affect entry to the Prize Draw.  
 
Although Soreto will use reasonable efforts to ensure that all information relating to the Prize Draw ("Prize Draw Material") is accurate, Soreto is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunctions of any communications network, online system or computer hardware or software failure that may affect Soreto's operation of the Prize Draw, including without limitation the accuracy of any Prize Draw Material.

Soreto reserves the right to suspend, change or cancel this Prize Draw at any time, in the event of circumstances arising which in Soreto's opinion make it necessary for it to do so. This includes the ability to substitute a prize, which is, in Soreto’s reasonable opinion, of equivalent value, change the specification of the prize if circumstances require it or change the entry procedures from an online form to an email format. Soreto reserves the right to add additional terms and conditions for certain parts of this Prize Draw.  
 
The decision of Soreto regarding any aspect of this Prize Draw is final and no correspondence will be entered into. 
 
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the law of England and Wales. Each party irrevocably agrees to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts over any claim or matter arising under these terms and conditions.
