Peter was previously Managing Director of Affilinet (merged with AWIN) and Chief Operating Officer for MyVoucherCodes before its sale to Monitise for £55 million.
Peter has over 20 years’ experience in digital having managed some of the UK’s largest brands including Sky, Thomas Cook, H&M and Samsung.
CTO
Ricardo manages Soreto’s core tech team, which is based in Brazil, a well-established offshore tech hub.
He is the former Chief Technical Officer of A Spokesman Said, a News Corp- backed startup, and also holds an MBA in Project Management and a Bachelor’s in Computer Science.

Rachel brings extensive experience, with a marketing background working agency-side for luxury brands like Porsche and major telecoms like Samsung.
As Chief Operations Officer, Rachel oversees daily operations, client management, product development, and marketing, using her diverse expertise to drive efficiency and growth.

Shaun brings over a decade of robust experience in the Finance sector, having started his career at Colas Group, where he held multifaceted roles across various international markets.
Now Finance Director at Soreto, Shaun is instrumental in driving corporate finance initiatives and governance, navigating complex tax landscapes, managing accounting functions, and aligning financial goals with business objectives.

Soreto works with all the major Affiliate Partners including but not limited to: Awin, Rakuten, Partnerize, CJ, Shareasale, Commission Factory, Webgains, Tradedoubler, Impact, Pepperjam, Soicos, and TradeTracker.
For our Referral products, if you are partnered with Awin, Rakuten, Partnerize, CJ, Shareasale, or Commission Factory then we are in their MasterTags. This means that we are able to activate our Tag within the MasterTag of these Affiliates.
Alternatively, we can supply our tags to be directly on site or via your GTM or Adobe Tag Manager.
If your site is on Shopify, the integration is through the Shopify App Store.
For our RAF Page, we can either supply script to be added to an iFrame for you to have a dedicated page on your site or we can supply an active URL for you to promote.
For our Shoppable UGC products, integration is done by the addition of JavaScript to the relevant pages onsite.
For all products, the Soreto Tech Team is on hand to support you in your integration via guides and video meetings.
Soreto uses DocuSign to send our contracts to you.
Soreto’s standard contract length is 12 months with no break clause. This is because our Programmes are fully managed and it takes up to 6 months to fully optimise your campaigns.
Our contracts automatically renew unless you give us notice 30 days before your contract term is due to expire.
Soreto offers payment options via Invoice, Direct Debit or card payment through our secure checkout. Klarna is also available for a flexible payment option.
For Referral: You will have access to your Analytics Dashboard once your Referral Programme is launched. Your dashboard will give you access to real-time data from your different Referral Campaigns in one place. You can see what offers and placements are resonating with your customers. This is also the place where you download your Referral Data to enrich your CRM database and other marketing channels.
For Shoppable UGC: You will get access to the platform to curate your social media posts as soon as you have partnered with Soreto. Once your widgets are live and your tracking tags are in place you will be able to see which posts, content curators and products are most interacted with and deliver the best conversion. This will help you to curate more high-performing content to get even better results.
Your Referral or UGC expert will provide you with your login details. You will be able to reset these or change the main point of contact at any time.
You will have a dedicated Referral Specialist who will work with you to analyse your campaign metrics, give you insights and make recommendations to optimise. They will manage your agreed optimisation plan with our Tech Support Team to ensure that all changes, upgrades or A/B tests are executed accurately.
Depending on what package you are on you may get automatically upgraded if you exceed our threshold for our Ignite Package. Otherwise, if you want to add markets or products you can talk to your Referral or UGC Specialists.
Our Support team occasionally receives queries via email from Referrers or their Friends, these emails are always responded to within a reasonable time. Should the request be of a more complex nature, these emails are passed on to the Brand for feedback and/or input to resolve.
Soreto is a fully managed platform with all the heavy lifting done by your dedicated Referral Specialist. You can contact your Referral Specialist at any time and they will support you to resolve any issues, execute campaign changes or provide detailed insight into your campaign metrics.
