Share buttons not showing

This covers a specific symptom on the thank-you page and order status page: you see the campaign's banner image, but nothing below it — no heading, no description, and no share button or referral form.

1. Check the "Show share buttons" setting in Shopify's Checkout customization editor

This is almost always the cause, and it's off by default. It's a setting inside Shopify's own Checkout editor, not inside this app, which is why it's easy to miss.

Where to check: Shopify Admin → Settings → Checkout → Customize. Switch to whichever page is affected — "Thank you" or "Order status" — using the page selector at the top of the editor. Select the Soreto block on that page, and look in its settings panel for "Show share buttons." If it's off, that's why only the banner image is showing.

What to do: turn "Show share buttons" on, then Save.

2. Confirm the block was actually added to that specific page

The thank-you page and order status page each need the Soreto block added independently in the Checkout editor. Adding it to one does not add it to the other — if the block is missing entirely from one page (rather than just missing its share buttons), you'll want to add it there too.

Where to check: while in Settings → Checkout → Customize, switch to the page in question and confirm the Soreto block appears in the layout. If it's not there, use "Add block" to add it, then configure it (including turning on "Show share buttons") the same way you did on the other page.

3. If "Show share buttons" is already on and it's still not showing

This genuinely isn't expected. Don't keep checking settings — escalate it.
