Soreto Ignite gives you the ability to add Refer a Friend capability to your website which enables you to turn your happy customers into Brand Advocates.

You get two placements built by Soreto using your brand fonts, colours and imagery, the first is a Lightbox on your Thank You Page after they have made a purchase. The Lightbox encourages your customers to share your brand for a reward (discount/voucher code) in return. Your customers can share via two Social or Messaging Channels.

For your primary sharing channel, you can choose from either Facebook or WhatsApp and for the additional sharing channel you can choose from X, Pinterest, Instagram, Snapchat, Telegram, Viber or a copy link function. Your customers who enrol in your Referral Programme by sharing, then receive their reward via email. Their Friends who see the Referral post or message get an instant discount to incentivize them to shop on your site.

The second placement is a Refer-A-Friend page. This is a static landing page hosted by Soreto and you get an active URL for you to promote to your CRM database. This is a pre-purchase campaign that you actively promote via email campaigns, onsite links, social media, SEO and PPC campaigns to build awareness and grow the credibility of your Referral Campaign. The Referral mechanism is the same i.e. your customers will be able to share via the same social or messaging channels. The difference from the first campaign is that the reward for the Referrer (your customer who shares) is only emailed to them once one of their Friends successfully refers a friend who purchases.

You also get access to the Soreto Dashboard so you can track the performance metrics of your Referral Programme.

Yes, there is a small set-up fee of $99, this covers the technical set-up and campaign including the build of your creative assets, pre-launch checks and access to our performance dashboard.

For Awin clients, integration is a simple case of requesting for the Soreto Tag to be activated in the Awin MasterTag. Additionally, we can integrate directly or through a Container Tag such as Google Tag Manager (GTM).

We use AWS and Heroku (part of Salesforce) to store data which is in the EEA. We delete all data after 6 months.

Yes for US Brands we can also add email as a sharing option.

If you do not have the ability to use voucher codes on your site then we cannot work with you.

Across our entire platform of hundreds of campaigns across 32+ countries globally we see that on average 6%-8% of customers who see the overlay on your confirmation page share with their friends and family. However, strong brands with great offers see share rates in excess of 15-20%.

These shares to social and messaging apps have a 32% click through rate and convert to sale at 15% on average – so very strong metrics.

During set up our Support Team will guide you through our easy onboarding process. Once live we will continuously monitor your campaign for code breakage, implementation issues etc. In addition, our Client Services Team will be able to support with any campaign refreshes and to notify you when your codes are running low.

Soreto Ignite is priced based on the size of your business. We want to make sure our solution is accessible to businesses of all sizes to support their growth. For Soreto Ignite we charge a fixed fee plus a CPA. In addition to your monthly fee, we also charge your base rate CPA through your Affiliate Network (Awin, ShareASale).

Absolutely. We use industry-standard encryption and partner with trusted payment providers like GoCardless, Stripe and Klarna to ensure your payment details are safe and secure.

Rates non-negotiable. Eligibility based on website sales volume. Prices per Campaign per Country. Each additional Country is eligible for a 10% discount on the monthly fee. Upfront payments will benefit from an additional 10% discount on the monthly fee.

Soreto is fully GDPR compliant. Soreto is a data processor. We are processing data on your behalf, for the purposes of administrating your referral marketing campaign. We process a customer’s first name, their email, order ID and order value. We need the customer’s name to personalise the communications which they receive. Their Email address, we need so that we can execute the Thank You Reward post a user sharing with their Friends. For your customers that share your Brand, their information is stored on our platform (hosted on AWS), it is encrypted and password protected, and after 6 months this data is deleted.

As part of the Soreto Ignite package, you will get an active link to a Refer-A-Friend page (which Soreto refer to as a Boost placement) that we host for you. It is crucial that you promote this placement in multiple touch points to grow awareness, credibility and trust of your Referral Programme. Besides, the more you promote the Referral Programme the better your Return on Investment.

Soreto’s technology has a number of features built in to effectively manage code leakage. Best practice is to provide us with single-use unique codes but we also have a number of features in place to help prevent code leakage including the ability to tie a code to a link so that they cannot refresh the page and retrieve multiple codes.

Once your campaign goes live you will be given access to the Soreto Dashboard where you can see the performance metrics for your Referral Programme. You will be able to see how many times your Lightbox has been viewed, the number of Referral Enrolments, the Enrolment Rate, Clicks, CTR, Conversion Rate, Sales, Order Value
